Rental Policies
• Rent is due one-half upon signing of lease and one-half sixty (60) days before occupancy.
• Security/Cleaning Deposit of $300 is collected at the time of the second rental payment.
• Maximum Occupancy by renter, family and guests is six (6).
• Cleaning: Landlord will provide two (2) free hours of professional cleaning at the end of the tenancy. Any additional cleaning by Landlord or Landlord’s designee necessary to assure the premises is ready for the next tenant will be charged against the Renter’s Security/Cleaning Deposit. (Our current Nantucket cleaning rates are $35/hr).
• Cancellation by Renter must be made by notifying Landlord via certified mail. Renter is responsible for full payment for the rental period. However, if premises can be re-rented for any of this period, rent received will be applied to refund to Renter less a cancellation fee of 15% of the gross rental. If not re-rented, the entire rental amount will be forfeited.
